Job summary

Ingram Micro Milton Keynes is seeking a Quote & Configuration Specialist to support our sales team with accurate quotes, orders and contracts in a hybrid 3‑day pattern. You will liaise cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and timely updates for stakeholders.

You will also manage documentation, drive cross-selling, and continually build product knowledge to improve profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle challenges proactively.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and an interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day administration of customer accounts with precision and care.
• Validating and maintaining essential documentation and electronic records.
• Processing customer quotes, orders, and contracts efficiently to meet deadlines.
