Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an Order Management & Post Sales Advisor in Milton Keynes. This role supports the end-to-end order process, collaborates with Sales, partners and vendors, and handles queries, ETA, licenses and POD requests to ensure timely delivery.

You will manage back orders, billing, currency considerations and profitability, while supporting the sales team with stock quotes and bids. The position is hybrid with a non-negotIABLE 3-day in-office pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment
• A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order management process
• Work collaboratively with our Sales teams, partners, and vendors to support with management of their valuable and complex orders
• Processing orders, identifying the correct processing method to use
• Handling order related queries, ETA, licenses, and POD requests
• Handling back order and billing
• High attention to currency exchange rates and profitability
• Support the sales team with P&A, Stock quotes, BID’s
