Job summary

Ingram Micro Milton Keynes is seeking an Order Management & Post Sales Advisor to join our hybrid team. The role focuses on handling orders from receipt to delivery, supporting sales, partners and vendors with complex orders and queries, and ensuring accurate processing and billing.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end order processes, communicate via phone and email, and use MS Office tools to maintain precise records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication by phone, email and in person.
• Good PC skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Desire to learn, grow and develop.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order management process.
• Collaborate with Sales teams, partners and vendors on complex orders.
• Process orders and select correct processing methods.
• Handle order queries, ETAs, licenses and POD requests.
• Manage back orders and billing.
• Monitor currency exchange rates and profitability.
• Support the sales team with P&A, stock quotes, bids.
