Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support senior leadership in delivering product development and business projects. You will coordinate across technical, regulatory, sales and logistics teams to keep initiatives on time, within scope and aligned with quality and budget targets.

Responsibilities include organizing regular update meetings, maintaining project plans and dashboards, gathering data from suppliers, and assisting in the rollout of a three-year product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Good standard of secondary education.
• Accredited qualification in Microsoft Excel (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development across multiple internal departments.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to progress key initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to stakeholders.
• Organise regular project update meetings for senior leadership.
• Assist in planning a rolling three-year product roadmap.
