Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Plc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer and internal product development projects from bid through delivery. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders and bridge strategic objectives with execution.

You will align outcomes with business goals, forecast resources, and maintain schedules using MS Project, while controlling budgets, risks and changes to protect profitability and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring maximum revenue.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software.
• Good understanding of project management in relation to engineering, specifically in electronics/software/systems.
• Demonstrated experience in cost and risk management.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Align project outcomes with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and accountability throughout the lifecycle.
• Forecast and manage resource requirements to meet delivery commitments.
• Develop and report detailed project schedules using MS Project with milestones and critical paths.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasting and financial performance to maximise revenue.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency plans.
• Control change requests ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality impact are managed.
