Job summary

Concurrent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer and internal product development projects, from bid to delivery. You will bridge strategic objectives with execution, guiding cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders to drive performance and growth.

The role is hybrid, based in Colchester or Theale, offering leadership opportunities and impact across engineering projects while supporting company objectives and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering engineering projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software.
• Good understanding of engineering contexts (electronics/software/systems).
• Experience in cost and risk management and in managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver projects from bid through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Forecast resources, manage budgets, and monitor schedules and milestones.
• Maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company processes.
