Job summary

Marshall Land Systems Cambridge is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join the Programme Management Office. You will support governance, coordination and delivery across engineering, procurement, supply chain and production teams, with exposure to the full project lifecycle in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project coordinator or similar within engineering/production.
• Ability to plan, control and deliver work packages in a project setting.
• Budgeting experience and developing plans with measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of configuration, change and risk management is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate in delivery activities and governance across the programme team.
• Coordinate delivery and acceptance of finished products with cross-functional teams.
• Support governance processes, maintenance of baseline and performance measures.
• Coordinate development trials and test assets with planning and engineering.
• Own project administration artefacts: action trackers and delivery databases.
• Raise non-system purchase requisitions for long lead items and subcontract services.
• Support programme communications and presentation collateral.
