Job summary

Isio is seeking a Product Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of the Employee Benefits Technology Programme. You will work closely with EB Product Leads, internal stakeholders and a technology vendor to keep delivery on track, ensuring governance, decisions and actions are clearly captured across the programme.

The role offers the opportunity to develop into a Product Manager, with exposure to Agile ceremonies, PI planning and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, programmes or technology delivery.
• Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and tool integrations.
• Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred).
• Experience with prioritisation frameworks such as WSJF.
• Experience supporting PI planning / Big Room planning and QBRs.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of the Employee Benefits Technology Programme.
• Coordinate activity between Product Leads, internal teams and external vendor.
• Track progress against plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure governance processes are followed and meetings are well-prepared.
• Capture actions, decisions and risks from meetings and maintain documentation.
• Support communication across stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and release readiness activities.
• Assist with delivery tooling like Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Identify process improvements to delivery ways of working.
