Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Annesley, Nottinghamshire. The role coordinates customer-focused engineering projects from initiation through delivery and installation, while supporting purchasing activities and supplier coordination in a hybrid working environment.

You will participate in managing 20–30 projects concurrently, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales and Customer Service, and drive timelines, costing, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating build-based projects in a B2B environment.
• Experience within purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier coordination activities.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence in learning and using ERP or business systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external suppliers.
• Nice to Have SAP experience
• Smartsheet experience
• Exposure to cost analysis or budget tracking
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multiple customer projects from order through to successful delivery and installation
• Managing purchasing activities and supplier communications for bespoke and standard components
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams
• Building and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting commercial negotiations and supplier cost management activities
• Communicating regularly with customers to provide project updates and ensure a positive experience
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate system updates
