Job summary

University of Sheffield AMRC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support diverse projects across the AMRC. You will provide coordination, planning and management support, working with project managers and technical leads. Some travel within the UK and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Extremely organised with a methodical, structured approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Administer running and implementing projects.
• Monitor and report on budgets and financial data.
• Input and interrogate finance data; monthly invoicing and timesheet analysis.
• Prepare and present project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Procure goods and services for the team and support project delivery.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery team and plan for future work.
• Support planning for short-term projects and longer-term group goals.
