Job summary

Kingston Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a successful manufacturing business to hire for a full-time hybrid role spanning CAM, sales, estimating and operations. You will work closely with customers and the factory team, gaining hands-on experience while developing technical and project skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, construction or engineering is essential.
• Interest in developing a career in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Organised with good time management and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• CAD, CAM or office/customer service experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CAM files, production documentation and job set-up.
• Work with factory teams to ensure drawings and technical data are accurate.
• Support quotations, cost estimates and sales administration.
• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain accurate pricing and job records.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling and order processing.
• Track jobs and communicate with customers regarding progress and delivery.
• Work closely with production teams to support efficient, on-time delivery.
