Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to own the global hardware compliance roadmap. You will work with engineering and product teams across the UK and globally to drive regulatory alignment and certification strategies.

Located in Nottingham or Huntingdon with hybrid work, you will engage with UL, TÜV, and other bodies, translating evolving directives into actionable plans for cross-functional leaders and ensuring timely approvals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Compliance or related field in hardware.
• Knowledge of EU and North American regulatory frameworks (CE, EMC, UL, FCC).
• Experience negotiating product-approval strategies with certification bodies.
• Ability to translate regulatory directives into actionable guidance.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulatory landscape and flag new requirements.
• Turn directives into clear guidance for PM, R&D, and leaders.
• Build and manage a multi-year compliance roadmap.
• Collaborate hands-on with engineering and product teams through execution.
• Engage with UL, TÜV, and others on approval strategies and timelines.
