Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team for a key regulatory programme within Motor Resolutions. The role focuses on planning, governance, and delivering complex regulatory change to achieve fair outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You will lead and develop the PMO, shaping delivery decisions across multiple workstreams. Lead, mentor, and build a team of Project Managers, delivering trusted insight to senior leadership

Formación

• Leadership experience in project management and delivery leadership.
• Strategic planning and delivery across complex portfolios.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present concise options.

Responsabilidades

• Own the programme planning approach and coordinated plan; maintain visibility of the critical path.
• Guide the project management team to meet regulatory obligations and priorities.
• Provide oversight of change impacts and readiness across the programme.
