• Own the programme planning approach and coordinated plan, translating priorities into outcomes and resource needs.
• Guide the project management team to meet regulatory obligations and keep delivery on track.
• Oversee change impacts and readiness across the programme; address gaps before implementation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across programme management, risk, legal, technology, data and operations.
• Set standards for reporting and translate delivery information into concise executive insights.
