Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team within Motor Resolutions, shaping how the programme plans, coordinates and delivers its priorities for fair customer outcomes.

The role involves directing the project management function, guiding planning and delivery of the motor redress scheme and managing complex regulatory change while embedding governance and responsible AI usage to increase pace, quality and control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing project management teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated plans and governance.
• Proven track record in regulatory change or remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme planning approach and coordinated plan across workstreams.
• Guide the project management team to meet regulatory obligations and priorities.
• Oversee change readiness and ensure gaps are addressed before implementation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and provide clear executive insight.
• Lead governance, assurance, and reporting across the programme.
