Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team within the Motor Resolutions function. You will shape how the programme plans, coordinates and delivers its priorities, driving fair outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Working in a hybrid model across multiple UK sites, you will mentor project managers, set governance standards, and translate complex regulatory changes into practical delivery plans while maintaining pace and quality.

• Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and milestones.
• Strong governance, risk, and assurance experience.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and boards.
