Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team within the Motor Resolutions function. You will shape how the programme plans, coordinates and delivers priorities, guiding planning and delivery of the motor redress scheme and complex regulatory change.

The role focuses on setting direction, standards and operating rhythm across workstreams, monitoring risks and dependencies, and transforming change into practical, balanced methods

Responsibilities

• Own the programme planning approach and coordinated plan, ensuring visibility of the critical path across workstreams
• Lead the project management team to meet regulatory obligations and maintain progress
• Oversee change impact and readiness across the programme and close capability gaps
• Build relationships with senior leaders across governance, risk, legal, tech and operations
• Provide clear, timely executive reporting and concise insights for governance forums
• Guide and develop the project management team and ensure accountable delivery
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues with ownership and recovery actions
• Ensure governance and assurance processes produce accurate evidence for reviews
• Promote continuous improvement using data, feedback and AI opportunities
