Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team within Motor Resolutions. You will shape programme plans, coordinate delivery and manage regulatory change, guiding a high-performing PM team to deliver fair outcomes for customers and colleagues.

This hybrid role offers flexible working across multiple UK sites including Birmingham, Cardiff, Chester, Edinburgh, Halifax and Leeds, with hybrid pattern requiring two days per week in the

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project or delivery professionals in complex programmes.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable planning and delivery.
• Experience presenting to boards and executives with clear options and decisions.
• Demonstrated risk, governance and regulatory change management capabilities.
• Ability to mentor teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme planning approach and coordinated plan across workstreams.
• Lead the project management team to meet regulatory obligations and priorities.
• Oversee change impact and readiness, ensuring gaps are addressed before implementation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across PM, risk, legal, tech and operations.
• Set reporting standards and translate delivery information into concise executive insight.
• Guide and develop the PM team, allocating resources to priorities.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies with clear ownership and recovery actions.
• Maintain governance and assurance with evidence for regulatory reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, feedback and AI opportunities.
