• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.

• Data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience with process control systems and automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and systems to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to evaluate process performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma projects.
