Qualifications

- 3–5 years’ experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing.
- Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
- Proficient in process modeling, simulation, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and optimize.
- Design improved line layouts and material flow systems.
- Develop and track KPIs for production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct time studies, work sampling, and ergonomic assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA to implement changes.
- Document processes ensuring compliance with standards.
