• Lead the design and development of novel chemical processes from laboratory scale through pilot and commercial implementation.
• Conduct rigorous process analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Develop detailed process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and P&IDs.
• Oversee pilot plant operations and data analysis to validate process designs.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
