Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Planning Support Officer to help smooth delivery of responsive repairs. You will support planners, supervisors and operational teams with scheduling, liaising with operatives and suppliers, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair journey.

The role involves assisting with performance monitoring, handling enquiries, and supporting wider property services in a busy environment. Hybrid working with one day at home and four days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced administrative or scheduling roles, ideally in repairs or maintenance.
• Strong customer service and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and planning support to our operational teams.
• Coordinate appointments, training sessions and toolbox talks, and manage diaries.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to keep repairs progress on track and inform stakeholders.
