Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join the Oldham team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will efficiently manage Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) cases, coordinating remedial works and ensuring regulatory and internal KPI compliance.

You will track cases from initial report to resolution, maintain accurate records, and provide proactive resident communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience working within agreed performance targets.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow procedures and record data accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience of using a CRM system to manage cases and communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Education to NVQ II or GCSEs.
• Experience scheduling work and coordinating with sub-contractors.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HHSRS cases from initial report through to resolution.
• Coordinate remedial works and liaise with residents and contractors.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
• Provide proactive communication to residents and respond to enquiries within service standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal KPIs and standards.
