Oldham Council is recruiting a Housing Contracts and Compliance Manager to oversee financial and performance management across housing contracts, including HRA and PFI housing, ensuring timely delivery, value for money and positive outcomes for residents.

This role also leads the ongoing development of the HRA business planning programme, including future council house development and stock rationalisation in line with regeneration strategies.

Qualificações

• Experience managing high-value long-term contracts.
• Experience leading housing compliance, governance, or regulatory functions.
• Knowledge of building and fire safety legislative requirements for HRA stock.
• Strong project and programme management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contractual programme management of housing projects (HRA, PFI, Affordable Warmth, Fuel Poverty, Housing and Health, Housing Retrofit).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, with compliance to statutory requirements and grant conditions.
• Lead HRA Board to ensure robust governance of contracts, work programmes, and stock compliance.
