Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join our housing maintenance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage HHSRS cases, coordinate remedial works, and ensure residents are informed while meeting regulatory and internal KPIs.

This role supports a hybrid working pattern—three days in the office and two from home—with a focus on data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and timely responses to enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Experience working with databases and CRM systems.
• Experience scheduling work and coordinating with sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Damp & Mould remediation from report to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Awaab's Law and GDPR requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to resident enquiries within service standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to schedule remedial works.
