Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Sheffield is seeking a Planned Works Co-ordinator to manage Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Damp & Mould cases. This full-time, permanent role operates in a hybrid style with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

You will support the Planned Works team, ensuring residents are informed and standards are met, coordinating remedial works, and maintaining records while complying with GDPR. Strong organisational and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow procedures, and accurately record data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience of working with databases and CRM systems.
• Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Educated to NVQ II or GCSEs.
• Experience of scheduling work.
• Experience of working with sub-contractors.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HHSRS and Damp & Mould cases from initial report through to resolution.
• Coordinate remedial works and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and provide proactive communications to residents.
• Ensure all resident information is managed securely in line with GDPR requirements.
• Respond to enquiries within agreed service standards.
