Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Limited seeks a Performance Lead (O&M) Analyst to monitor and optimise wind farm performance using SCADA data, historian, metering, and related datasets.

The role will liaise with offshore operations, turbine engineering, HV engineering, SCADA/OT, and asset management teams to drive availability, reliability, and energy yield. It will deliver evidence-based recommendations, dashboards, and reporting for management and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to convert data into engineering action.
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine monitoring of turbine and windfarm performance using SCADA, historian, metering, and related datasets.
• Validate and analyse data to identify underperformance, derates, and degradation.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
