Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Limited in Montrose seeks a Wind Turbine Engineer (O&M) to own the technical integrity, reliability and maintenance strategy of the GW-scale turbine fleet during the operation of the wind farm. You will oversee turbine systems, safety, and performance across planned maintenance, fault response and campaign delivery.

The role works within the operational asset team, coordinating with contractors, OEMs, and on-site technicians to maximise energy production while controlling

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore wind operations and maintenance.
• Root-cause analysis, fault diagnosis and maintenance planning.
• Ability to work in safety-critical environments with strong change control.

Responsibilities

• Own turbine availability and reliability across the O&M phase.
• Develop, review and optimise maintenance strategies for wind turbines.
• Lead fault analysis, troubleshooting and defect elimination.
• Manage OEM interfaces, service contracts and contractor performance.
• Support outage readiness, parts planning, and tooling strategy.
• Utilise data and SCADA outputs to drive continuous improvement.
