Generation UK is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to head a team of technicians, turning site plans into safe, effective daily and weekly execution. You’ll coordinate people, vessels, tools, materials and contractors while developing your team and supporting reliable asset performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and developing teams in operational, maintenance, or safety-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of safe systems of work and safety leadership.
• Ability to coordinate complex operational activities and manage priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the safe and effective execution and closure of planned and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate operations, including people, vessels, tools, materials, and contractors.
• Provide frontline safety leadership and ensure work follows safe systems and site requirements.
• Develop maintenance technicians through clear objectives and regular feedback.
• Monitor execution, backlog, downtime, and corrective actions, escalating risks as needed.
• Ensure accurate work management and reporting in SAP and related systems.
