SSE Renewables is seeking an Offshore Operational Engineering & Execution Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient offshore wind operations. You will drive governance, asset integrity and maintenance strategies while coordinating major intervention programmes across multiple sites.

• Significant engineering and project management leadership experience within offshore wind, utilities or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of offshore wind operations, maintenance delivery and asset integrity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering governance, technical assurance and asset integrity across offshore wind assets.
• Oversee maintenance strategy development, reliability-centred maintenance and life-extension activities.
• Deliver end-to-end offshore works and major maintenance or capital intervention programmes.
• Manage budgets, supplier relationships and senior stakeholder engagement.
