Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Limited invites applications for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function at the Offshore Wind Operations & Maintenance Base in Montrose. You will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance across the lifecycle, directing a multidisciplinary team across electrical, mechanical, structural, hydraulic, instrumentation and control systems.

Reporting to the O&M Manager & WF General Manager, this role requires strategic leadership, governance, and strong

Qualifications

Significant Engineering Management experience within Offshore Wind, Power Generation, Utilities or heavy industry.
Proven track record of leading multidiscipline engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of turbine operations and engineering systems.
Experience using CMMS like SAP PM or Maximo.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and lead the Engineering Team with required capabilities to deliver objectives.
Demonstrate strong health, safety and environment commitment in inputs to the project.
Contribute to the Engineering Budget and achieve objectives within budget.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for a coordinated project approach.
Provide technical input to procurement and tender processes.
Participate in senior management to guide project leadership.
Lead continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
