Qualifications

  • Holding a pension qualification such as CII or PMI, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding Defined Benefit pension schemes and de-risking processes.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR and TCF.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
  • Organising and managing projects effectively.
  • Prioritising tasks and escalating when needed.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Delivering accurate and cost-effective service with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing scheme benefits and data for legal agreement drafting.
  • Ensuring accuracy of benefit specifications and data.
  • Managing the progress of allocated schemes.
  • Supporting new business origination and attending site visits.
  • Advising on administration capabilities pre-transaction.
  • Maintaining audit trails throughout onboarding.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for key updates.
  • Contributing to excellent customer outcomes through timely work.
