Job summary

West Lothian Council is seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development professional to drive leadership development, employee engagement and workforce planning. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives across the organisation, working with managers and senior leaders to translate priorities into practical solutions.

You will lead workshops, develop programmes and help optimise learning systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning initiatives.
• Ability to work with managers and senior leaders to identify development needs and deliver solutions.
• Proven track record facilitating workshops and development programmes.
• Data-informed approach to evaluating impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a range of learning and development projects.
• Design engaging learning interventions and programmes.
• Facilitate workshops for a wide range of audiences, including senior managers.
• Evaluate outcomes and use feedback and data to drive improvements.
• Contribute to the development and administration of learning systems to maximise opportunities.
