Job summary

Social Work England is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to support people and managers across the business. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day people matters and help deliver the people plan.

You will lead induction, design workshops and evaluate learning impact, collaborating with the People and Development team to ensure timely data reporting and effective programmes.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it, or equivalent HR/LD experience.
• Experience delivering learning and development programmes.
• Experience gathering and analysing LD data for reporting.
• Clear written communication and relationship-building with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead on development, delivery and review of induction programmes.
• Organise and implement internal learning programmes with stakeholders.
• Design, deliver and facilitate workshop materials.
• Create course evaluations and reporting on learning impact.
• Source external training providers and assist with procurement.
• Oversee day-to-day people and development tasks and data accuracy.
