Job summary

Dundee City Council is recruiting for a Learning and Organisational Development role based in Dundee House. The post is full-time, 37 hours per week, in a hybrid working arrangement with home and Dundee House.

You will lead on planning, commissioning, delivery and evaluation of LOD activity across the service, and collaborate with partners to meet workforce goals. The role requires a degree or equivalent (or relevant professional qualification and experience) and strong skills in communication,

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject or possess a relevant professional qualification and experience.
Experience designing, commissioning, delivering and evaluating learning or workforce development activity.
Experience working with multi-agency and partnership projects and complex change programmes.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps including Office365, Teams, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, commissioning, delivery and evaluation of learning and organisational development activity across the wider LOD remit.
Work with service and multi-agency partners to support workforce capability, practice improvement and service outcomes.
Support organisational development, workforce improvement and change activity across the LOD Service.
