North Northamptonshire Council is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to shape the development of our workforce, with a strong focus on leadership and management programmes. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that enable leaders and teams to thrive.

You will facilitate engaging workshops, create digital learning resources and evaluate impact, while supporting organisational change and the development of future talent across the council.

Qualifications

• Track record designing and delivering engaging leadership and management development programmes.
• Experience creating learning solutions that enable individuals, teams and organisations to perform at their best.
• Able to facilitate learning with a range of audiences and build credibility quickly.
