Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner for a 3-month contract with a local authority in Dudley. The role focuses on designing and delivering leadership and management development programs while supporting corporate induction and broader staff development activities.

You will facilitate core development interventions, conduct learning needs analyses, and contribute to transformation initiatives as part of the Talent and Development team.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development interventions.
• Qualified coach or working towards coaching qualification desirable.
• Location: St James's House, Dudley / Hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver leadership and management development programs.
• Facilitate core management development interventions.
• Support corporate induction and broader employee development activities.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives that support culture and transformation.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and design or source solutions.
• Deliver and support internal coaching offerings.
• Collaborate across services to support workforce development.
• Evaluate impact and continuously improve learning provision.
