Job summary

CityFibre in the UK is hiring an Order Desk Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Irlam. You will play a key role in moving customer orders through the delivery journey, keeping data accurate and updating progress for stakeholders.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, resolve data discrepancies, and support prioritisation to keep orders on track. A competitive salary plus a performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, coordination or administrative role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer orders through to successful delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records across Salesforce and delivery systems.
• Providing clear updates on order progress, delays and issues.
• Working with internal teams, partners and suppliers to keep orders on track.
• Identifying and escalating data discrepancies, risks and blockers.
• Supporting order prioritisation and issue resolution activities.
