Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Data Services Co-ordinator in Manchester for a hybrid role, splitting time between home and the office at least twice a week. This 6-month fixed-term contract focuses on maintaining data across product, pricing, promotions, location and supplier data in our systems.

You’ll join our Data Management team and support accurate, timely data processing, helping stores stock the products members and communities need. Training provided and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and collaboration across functions.
• Excellent attention to detail with accuracy.
• Organised approach with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems; basic MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with partners across the business to ensure accuracy first time.
• Take ownership for processing and maintaining product, pricing, promotions, location and supplier data in systems.
• Manage large amounts of information and reporting, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
• Respond to queries with fact-based recommendations using available data.
• Develop knowledge and capability within the team and support business change projects.
• Analyse data to identify inconsistencies and trends for continuous improvement
