Job summary

Livingston Building Services Ltd is seeking a Fibre/Data Manager to lead day‑to‑day fibre and data infrastructure projects from our Livingston base and across UK sites. You will manage delivery across multiple contracts, ensure quality and budget adherence, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

The role requires strong fibre/data delivery experience, proficiency with planning tools, and the ability to price work while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Project Manager experience, with progression and multiple project oversight.
• Strong fibre and data project delivery experience, including installations and SCADA on energy sites.
• Proficiency with planning software (Asta Power Project or MS Project).
• Commercial acumen to price work, manage P&L, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fibre and data projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Oversee forecasting, procurement, subs, materials, and programme updates with internal teams.
• Lead client, sub-contractor, and internal meetings while ensuring health and safety compliance.
