Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership of operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budget management and financial planning experience.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in facilities management, security services, contact centres or related operations.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and develop operational teams, supervisors and team leaders.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service delivery across facilities management contracts, including cleaning, security, catering and community-based services.
• Monitor and improve operational performance through KPI management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, COSHH requirements, risk assessments and procedures.
• Support and maintain SIA accreditation standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
• Resolve client issues effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards.
