Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Procurement & Contracts Manager to oversee site service contracts and negotiate with external vendors. The role covers SLAs, supplier selection, and KPI reviews, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience of contracts management, sourcing and negotiating facilities contracts.
Vendor management experience: coordinating external contractors and service providers.
Qualified to a minimum of HNC/Degree or equivalent with relevant procurement exposure.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to assess service issues logically and coordinate prompt resolutions with contractors.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administration of site service contracts (cleaning, security, waste mgmt) and ensure SLAs.
Act as primary contact for external contractors; schedule site visits and verify access.
Source new vendors, obtain quotes, process purchase orders, and negotiate costs/content.
Hold contract review meetings with contractors to review KPIs.
Work with internal stakeholders to define contract requirements and ensure business needs are met.
