Ellis Recruitment Solutions is looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to support Children's Residential Homes across South London. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, a good understanding of compliance requirements, and will coordinate staffing, compliance checks, and general operational functions.

This role offers a salary of up to £40,000 FTE with hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration, compliance, or service coordination.
• Experience within children's residential care or social care.
• A good understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff rotas and support workforce planning across services.
• Monitor compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Support preparation for Ofsted inspections and quality assurance visits.
• Manage training records and monitor mandatory training compliance.
