Job summary

Cambian Group is seeking a proactive Resourcing and Onboarding Administrator to support onboarding processes for our Children's Residential Services across the UK. This role is hybrid, with up to 3 days from home and 2 days at the Gateshead office.

You will manage candidate administration end-to-end, ensure compliance, and coordinate with the Field Based Recruiter to move roles quickly. Strong admin or HR/recruitment background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or recruitment/HR environment.
• Ability to manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end onboarding administration for candidates.
• First point of contact for onboarding queries internally and externally.
• Collaborate with the Field Based Recruiter to manage vacancies and candidates.
• Ensure pipelines are managed quickly so new starters begin promptly.
• Sign off personnel files after regulatory and employment checks.
• Produce and interpret onboarding metrics and reporting as required.
