Keys Group is seeking an experienced Onboarding Co-ordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract to support compliance administration for recruitment across the Group. The role blends home and office work from our Support Centre in Halesowen, with four days remote and one day in the office.

You will manage pre-employment checks, onboarding data entry, and sign-off for new starters in a regional area, primarily Adult residential homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding or compliance administration roles managing multiple candidates.
• Ability to meet deadlines and process high volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and team player.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office packages.

Responsabilités

• Process pre-employment checks (DBS, right to work, references) accurately and promptly.
• Analyse candidate's employment history to flag discrepancies.
• Input and upload new starter information into HR portal with high accuracy.
• Support day-to-day admin within compliance and recruitment team.
• Own onboarding and compliance sign-off for new starters in a region, focused on adult residential homes.
• Build relationships with managers and candidates, offering guidance throughout onboarding.
• Ensure compliance procedures are implemented efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct audits and generate reports on key checks.
• Maintain up-to-date HR system data.
