Job summary

IC24 is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to move new colleagues from offer to their first day and beyond. You will manage pre-employment checks, prepare contracts and keep accurate records while collaborating with People, IT and Resource Planning teams to ensure a smooth start.

You’ll be the main contact for candidates, answering questions and guiding them through the process with a professional, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR onboarding or compliance processes.
• Administrative experience with accurate record keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple checks and deadlines.
• Strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey from offer to first day.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks including identity, DBS and right-to-work.
• Prepare contracts and maintain candidate records.
• Provide timely, professional updates to candidates.
• Collaborate with People, IT and Resource Planning teams.
• Maintain accurate data, generate reports and identify bottlenecks.
• Support recruitment events and general administrative tasks.
• Look for process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
