Job summary

NFER is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training across the organisation. The role supports onboarding, CPD, and our work experience/internship programmes, while promoting inclusive learning practices.

You'll work under the Head of HR in a hybrid setup, with a weekly in-office day at The Mere, Upton. Competitive pro rata salary (£37k–£43k) and generous leave are included.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training and development programmes.
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person workshops.
• Ability to develop onboarding and CPD initiatives.
• Experience coordinating work experience and internship programmes.

Responsibilities
