Autolus Ltd in White City, London, is recruiting a Senior Manager, Organizational Development (OD). You will shape and deliver OD initiatives to build leadership capability, partner with HR and senior leaders, and drive culture, engagement and change across the business.

The role is hybrid with core office hours, based in London, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. You will utilise psychometric tools and data insights to inform interventions.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant OD experience and ability to shape and deliver training.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.

Responsabilités

• Shape and manage OD programmes to develop leadership capability.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and team effectiveness workshops.
• Diagnose OD needs with HR and stakeholders and deliver practical interventions.
• Support change, culture, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage OD projects with plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Build trusted relationships as an OD partner across the organisation.
