Job summary

The University of Oxford is seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join the Learning and Organisational Development team in Central Oxford. The role offers flexible hybrid working with two anchor days per week in the office, supporting leaders and teams with strategic OD advice and a portfolio of development programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in the full OD consultancy cycle from contracting to evaluation.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and OD interventions in leadership development.
• Strategic thinking with a practical, collaborative approach; able to handle competing priorities.
• Commitment to embedding equality, diversity and inclusion in OD practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic OD advice and lead a portfolio of development programmes.
• Deliver leadership and management interventions and change-focused projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and evaluate interventions.
• Develop management capability using research and best practice.
• Own end-to-end development programmes across LOD and the wider People function.
