• Expertise in core networking areas such as LAN/WAN, VPN, MPLS, network segmentation, VLAN configuration, QoS, and advanced routing and switching.
• A working knowledge of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents.
• Implement network changes and requests, optimizing performance.
• Grow expertise through professional training and experience.

Skills

Enterprise networking experience

Relevant technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto NSP)

Hands-on expertise with Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower)

Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies

Familiarity with SASE frameworks
